Celebration Cakes:

Due to all our cakes being custom made, we do not offer refunds on them. You will be required to pay a £10 non refundable deposit to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total cost.

If for any reason you have to cancel your cake order, please inform us ASAP so that we can fill the slot. We require payment in FULL, 7 days before you are due to collect your cake. We do not accept cancellations after this point, as you will not be refunded the total cost, due to ingredients / personalised items already being purchased for your cake. 

*We do not offer ‘Free From’ cakes. All our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles all the recognised 14 allergens, therefore we cannot promise that they will not be at risk of cross contamination.*

Treat Boxes:

 Our Treat Boxes are made fresh to order every week. We try to mix up the flavours weekly, however there may be repeats of the most popular flavours, each week. Some weeks there may be multiple box options to choose from, to ensure there is something for everyone.

Due to our Treat Boxes being made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds on these, except in certain circumstances. If for any reason there is an issue with your order (E.g. Excessive damage, missing items, wrong order received etc), please do contact us on our social media, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.

Please note: we do not take responsibility for postal delays or slight damage to bakes in transport, as this is out of our hands. All our items are either shipped via Royal Mail, or collected by you. We do not offer celebration cake delivery.
